Aura Holdings’ retirement development, The Avenue Maroochydore, is pioneering quality community living on the Sunshine Coast.
The large site at Maroochydore is being developed by Aura Holdings and BlueSky Funds with the aim of transforming the block (previously the Maroochydore Bowls Club) into a vibrant, thriving neighbourhood, with a personal touch.
Working with the positioning statement of ‘Yours Truly’ we developed The Avenue Maroochydore’s brand identity to suit the tone of this high-end development. The visual direction characterises themes of personality, identity, great memories and bright futures. Classic typography and images from the State Library’s John Oxley Library collection help to reference the area’s rich local history, whilst bright modern imagery and colours show that there’s still plenty of life left to be lived in this community.
Patterns based on classic Australian architecture and ironwork and elements based on personal items such as pictures frames and postcards have been used throughout the marketing material. A photo wall concept was also proposed as a way to continue the look and feel through into the interior design and public areas of the development.
Aura Holdings was delighted with the final result: a distinctive brand that truly reflects the individuality of their property owners.
