Tactile Learning, a private education group, delivers flexible training solutions to Queensland high schools via vocational education training (VET). Through dynamic vocational education training (VET), Tactile Learning empowers students with accredited, hands-on learning, shaping unique paths to their future careers. In order to establish themselves as an industry leader, Tactile Learning needed an impactful brand refresh with a youthful aesthetic and a well-considered, functional website.

Tactile Learning was being overshadowed in a competitive landscape. They needed a modern edge that would make them stand out and attract a wider audience. We began with a brand strategy that helped us understand and define the brand’s ethos. This allowed us to develop an updated brand identity that reflected their brand story, values, and messaging. The updated identity consists of a bright colour palette, geometric shapes, people-focused imagery, and a conversational, encouraging tone of voice, all of which make the brand feel friendly, familiar, and current.


To complement the updated brand, we designed a new website. The website needed to be usable first and foremost, catering to the needs and expectations of their diverse target audience. We then utilised the varied colour palette throughout the site, as well as the graphic elements that help form the overall identity.
