The Objective

Paddington Physio needed a fresh face to reflect their improved service offering, increase their online presence, and keep pace with evolving digital trends. Their previous site was not user-friendly, and they were also experiencing low organic traffic due to poor SEO. We were tasked with creating an attractive and easy-to-navigate website that would aid user-experience, enhance their refreshed brand, and improve their SEO ranking. Overall, our objective was to create a strategic plan that enabled Paddington Physio to differentiate themselves from the increasing number of specialist physiotherapy clinics operating within the same local area.

 

What we did

To respond to the challenges the client was facing, we took the time to meet with the practice founder and staff at Paddington Physio to discuss their specific needs and issues to create a unique, tailored solution to their problems. We especially focused on a revised brand strategy. Rather than changing the logo, we proposed to build on the colour palette and extend the brand and design. This would allow us to create more distinctive and energetic qualities for the practice and their new website.

After the delivery of the new site, we carried out an ongoing SEO campaign to ensure that the visibility of the practice continued to grow and expand online. Together, we developed a strong identity and visual style that communicates a clear message about the quality of care provided by the practice and a positive image for the clinic.

Although the client required a refresh, there were concerns about changing the identity due to fear of losing brand awareness and patient loyalty. In order to avoid this, we needed to approach the website refresh with consistency in mind. SEO was also a major concern for the client. They had previously paid for SEO services through an external agency, however this did not deliver the expected value. To ensure the client received the best possible return on investment from us, we needed to make sure that our work met their expectations and remained within their allotted budget.

The results speak for themselves – Paddington Physio were able to increase website traffic due to their tailored SEO strategy and increase online bookings and phone enquiries.
