Herron Accountants – Strategy Session.

Herron Accountants have engaged Winning Media to conduct a brand strategy session and we need your help. We need each participant to answer the following questions prior to the strategy session.

Please provide as much information for each question as you can. All answers to this questionnaire are anonymous and will be used to help deliver the best possible outcome for the future strategy. We look forward to working with you at the strategy session.

  • CUSTOMER SEGMENTS

  • Your customers should be central to your brand. Understanding their needs and challenges is vital in building a healthy connection with them as well as the guiding focus in creating a meaningful conversation with them across all brand touch points.

    Who do you identify as being your primary customer segments? These can be defined by; industry and market, turn-over, the number of staff or who you are dealing with (owner, CFO, receptionist) in the business.

  • List your top five customer segments.

    Within each of them:

    • - List their main characteristic
    • - Briefly explain why you have identified them as a customer segment
    • - Which of the core services of the business do they align to? Accounting, Bookkeeping or Advisory (list all that apply)
