Website Design & Development

KINNECT came to us after another agency's website redesign created more problems than it solved, and they needed it fixed fast.

KINNECT is Australia's largest privately owned occupational health company, specialising in workplace injury prevention, management, and medical services. As the market leader, they couldn't afford a website that didn't work.

After being let down by another agency, KINNECT needed a partner they could trust to get it right. The goal was clear: a complete website redesign and rebuild that delivered the functionality and ecommerce capability the previous site was missing.

We needed to start from scratch to avoid repeating the same problems, and we needed to do it quickly, as KINNECT's customers were already dealing with a frustrating, dysfunctional site and couldn't wait much longer.

Solutions

Our immediate focus in redeveloping the website was to provide visitors with a clear site structure and consistent visual hierarchy throughout. KINNECT needed a flexible platform to support future growth, allowing staff to easily manager updates to their health services and educational resources.

They also needed a functioning quoting and sales system to eliminate barriers experienced by customers looking to book or enquire about services online.

We rebuilt the website completely, delivering a custom solution with clear structure and seamless navigation, and a fully customised service-based e-commerce system. We identified and prioritised their key to create flexible page layouts, giving KINNECT the tools to build engaging landing pages that actually convert.

Results

KINNECT received a powerful, scalable website that finally works the way it should. The redesign eliminated all the functionality issues from their previous site and created clear, straightforward user journeys designed to convert visitors into customers. The rebuild was delivered quickly and efficiently, minimising disruption to their business and allowing their team to refocus on what matters most: serving their clients and growing their operations. They now have a digital platform that supports their position as Australia's largest privately owned occupational health company.

Your website should support your business, not slow it down.

If you're dealing with a dysfunctional site that's frustrating customers and wasting your team's time, we'd love to help you build a seamless brand experience.
